| 職責及要求： | We invite a dynamic and passionate individual with an evangelical background to join our ministry team as a Minister/Associate Pastor for Cantonese Fellowship and Women Ministry Development. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead and nurture our Cantonese-speaking community while engaging in building outreach initiatives.
Job Description:
• Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care for the Cantonese Fellowship
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to effectively minister to teachers and parents within our partnering school
• Collaborate with the ministry team to coordinate and execute outreach programs, events, and discipleship, including marketplace ministry
• Cultivate a culture of evangelism and discipleship, equipping believers to share their faith and actively fulfill the Great Commission.
Qualifications:
• An evangelical solid background with a deep commitment to the authority of Scripture and the core principles of the Christian faith.
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese
• Proven experience in leading and ministering to adults and youths within a Cantonese-speaking context, demonstrating a heart for cross-cultural ministry.
• Possesses strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize others for ministry involvement.
• A team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work effectively alongside other staff members and volunteers.

Qualifications:
• Fluency in both English and Cantonese Chinese is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• A genuine passion for church ministry and a heart for connecting people with the mission of the church
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect with diverse individuals
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using social media platforms for engagement and outreach purposes
• Previous experience in church ministry, community outreach, or related fields is an advantage
